"Increasing the energy efficiency of public buildings in the town of Razlog - buildings of social infrastructure"

The project "Increasing the energy efficiency of public buildings in the town of Razlog - buildings of social infrastructure" includes a public building for administrative and social activities with address: 2 "Bogomil" Street, Razlog. The project includes activities to improve the energy efficiency in building of the social infrastructure of the town of Razlog, contributing to the reduction of final energy consumption and indirectly - to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in small towns - supporting centers of polycentric system according NSDC. The measures will have an additional effect as it will provide a cost-effective operation of the building of social infrastructure, which will allow to continue sustainable management and maintenance. The project envisages the following activities: - Organization and Project Management - Engineering (design, construction works supervision) - Supervision and conformity assessment - Information and communication - Introduction of the facility into operation - Audit - Preparing and conducting a tender procedure for selecting a contractor. The project will provide a modern, economical and energy-efficient social infrastructure in Razlog by implementing a comprehensive package of measures that lead to energy efficiency and guaranteed reduced energy and to create the necessary conditions for the use of renewable energy sources as an important factor for sustainable development.
