"Increasing the energy efficiency of public buildings in the town of Razlog - buildings of educational infrastructure"

The project "Increasing the energy efficiency of public buildings in the town of Razlog - buildings of educational infrastructure" includes two public schools - High School "Brothers Kanazirevi" - Razlog and primary school "Nikola Parapunov" - Razlog. The main aim of the project is to increase energy efficiency in the two buildings of educational infrastructure. Direct beneficiaries of the project are 1040 students sand teachers from both school who study and work there. The project includes activities to improve the energy efficiency of the building of educational infrastructure of the town of Razlog, contributing to the reduction of final energy consumption and indirectly - to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in small towns - supporting centers of polycentric system according NSDC. The measures will have an additional effect as it will provide a cost-effective operation of buildings of educational infrastructure, which will allow to continue sustainable management and maintenance. The project envisages the following activities: - Organization and Project Management - Engineering - Supervision and conformity assessment - Information and communication activities - Introduction of the facility into operation - Audit - Preparing and conducting a tender procedure for selecting a contractor. The project will provide modern, cost and energy efficient educational infrastructure in Razlog by implementing a comprehensive package of measures that lead to energy efficiency - guaranteed reduce energy consumption and create the necessary conditions for the use of renewable energy sources as an important factor of sustainable development.
