Increasing the energy efficiency of building from cultural infrastructure - Municipal Children Complex-Krumovgrad

The project aims to increase the energy efficiency of municipal cultural building infrastructure. Municipal Children Complex is registered as a cultural organization and is registered with the Ministry of Culture. Municipal Children Complex is extracurricular unit serving the public education system. It is designed to organize activities related to the development of interests, abilities and needs of children in science, technology, arts, recreation and sports in their free time. Energy efficiency measures in the building of Municipal Children Complex will be executed on the basis of conducted energy efficiency audits, accompanied by a valid certificate of energy performance of the building and inspection to establish the technical characteristics of the building with established technical passport. On stage realization of the project proposal will be made projects under the Law on Spatial Planning and Ordinance 4 from 2001 years on the scope and content of investment projects. The investment project will include all mandatory energy saving measures prescribed in the energy audit, including measures for utilization of renewable energy sources and all required measures prescribed in the technical investigation. Activities for energy upgrade will extend the life of the building, reduce maintenance costs and encourage people to remain living in small settlements. As a result of their implementation will increase the energy efficiency of the building, will be reduced electricity costs, which will lead to free up resources that can be reallocated for other activities. Improving the energy efficiency of the building is one of the main prerequisites for improving the quality of services, reducing energy consumption and environmental protection.
