Energy efficiency in the building of the Regional Service "Fire Safety and Population Protection" - Pomorie

This project proposal includes actions to improve the energy efficiency of the building of Regional Service "Fire Safety and Population Protection" in Pomorie, contributing to the reduction of final energy consumption and indirectly - the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions in small towns - supporting centers of polycentric system according NCSD (National Concept for Spatial Development). The measures will have an additional effect as they will provide a cost-effective functioning of a public building , which will allow tsustainably continue their management and maintenance. The implementation of the activities within the project proposal will contribute to: • Reaching at least class energy "C" in the building of Regional Service "Fire Safety and Population Protection" in Pomorie • Reduce energy costs ; • A high level of energy efficiency, which directly contributes to the reduction of total energy consumption and indirectly - the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions in small towns - supporting centers of polycentric system according NCSD 2013-2025. • Achieving the indicative national targets for energy savings for 2020 set out in the National Action Plan for Energy Efficiency 2014 to 2020 .; • Providing better air quality living and working environment in accordance with sustainability criteria ; • Improved performance for extending the lifetime of the building; • Preservation of the traditional functions of small towns - support centers for the supply of public services, not only for locals but also for the population of the surrounding peripheral areas. Provided project energy efficiency measures will be implemented based on energy efficiency audit of the building, which will prove that the measures implemented will lead to the legally required levels of energy efficiency - at least energy class "C".
