Improving the living environment of buildings in the town of Devin - the introduction of energy efficiency measures at the premises of the building of the Regional Department – town of Devin

The building which this project is aiming to restore is state property and it houses the Regional Department "Police" – town of Devin. It was built and put into operation in 1970. It is a public building on 4 floors and has a monolithic structure. The roof is flat with an air gap. The exterior walls are brick with plaster. The windows of the building is wooden and metal. Heat source has its own boiler plant located in the basement. In the boiler is installed 1 piece electric hot water boiler with a heat output of 60 kW. The boiler was manufactured in 2011. A survey shows that the building has energy characteristics that define belonging to its energy efficiency class of “G”. Implementation of the package of measures envisaged to improve energy efficiency, the building will belong to the class energy C. Provided energy-saving measures include the implementation of: 1. Thermal insulation of external walls 2. Thermal insulation of roofs 3. Thermal insulation of the floor 4. Replace old windows with a system of PVC / Al profile and glazing 5. Replacement of the water heating system 6. Replacing lighting
