Energy efficiency improvement of the state's administration building - Regional Police Station- Berkovitsa located in the town of Berkovitsa, 13, Yordan Radichkov sqr.

The project is aimed at improving the energy efficiency of a public administration building - a building of Regional Police Staion in the town of Berkovitsa by the implementation of energy efficiency measures. The envisioned project activities will help to reduce the public financial resources for facility and heating expeditures and will improve the comfort and energy efficiency of the building. The project complies to the IPURD of Berkovitsa, M1.1.1: Renovation of residental and public buildings and improving the energy efficiency, which is aimed at implementation of energy efficiency measures in public buildings and specifically - the building of Police Station Berkovitsa.The building has not been reconstructed throughout the years and no energy efficiency measures have been implemented. The general structural condition is positive and during the 50 years of exploitation there were no emergencies. With the present project the implementation of the following energy efficiency measures is envisioned and achieve class B of the building: B1: Replacement of 142,78 m2 exterior woodwork with PVC windows B2: Heat insulation of 407 m2 roof B3: Heat insulation of 574.96 m2 of exterior walls C1: Measures of lighting.
