Increasing the energy efficiency of public and government buildings in Novi pazar

This project proposal includes actions to improve the energy efficiency of building RSPBZN, - Novi pazar contributing to the reduction of final energy consumption and indirectly - to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in small towns - supporting centers of polycentric system according NSDP. The measures will have an additional effect as it will provide a cost-effective operation of public building, which will allow to continue sustainable management and maintenance. The implementation of the project proposal activities will contribute to: • Reach at least class energy "C" in two buildings of the Regional Office Fire Safety and Population Protection - public state property. • Reduce energy costs; • A high level of energy efficiency, which directly contribute to the reduction of total energy consumption and indirectly - to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in small towns - supporting centers of polycentric system according NSDP 2013-2025, the indicative • Achieve national targets for energy savings for 2020 set out in the national action plan for energy efficiency 2014 to 2020 .; • Providing better air quality living and working environment in accordance with sustainability criteria; • Improved performance for extending the lifetime of the building; • Preservation of the traditional functions of small towns - support centers for the supply of public services, not only for locals but also for the population of the surrounding peripheral areas. Provided project energy saving measures and mandatory measures from the audit of the technical characteristics will be implemented based on surveys made for the building, lead to the legally required levels of energy efficiency - energy class "C".
