Implementation of energy efficiency in multifamily residential buildings -in the town of Belogradchik.

The project proposal directed towards implementation of energy measures in multi-family residential buildings, aimed to improve their energy efficiency, which will contribute to reducing the overall energy consumption and thus extending the service life of buildings. In the project objects of intervention are multifamily residential buildings - seven in number, with established homeowner associations(HA) as follows: HA "Stara Planina 1" HA "Zdravec" HA "Kokiche" HA "Saedinenie 7" HA Saedinenie" , HA "BLOCK APK" and HA "Centre". With the implementation of the project activities will benefit not only the owners of individual units in the building, but residents in surrounding buildings with the improved external appearance and overall appearance of the objects. The intervention will create conditions for a better life, comfort and improving quality of the living environment. The activities envisaged for implementation are in accordance with the prescribed measures in energy and technical audits for every individual building, leading to the improvement of both the overall energy performance of buildings, and also improvements in terms of structural endurance.
