Implementing energy efficiency measures of public infrastructure , building of the Day Care Centre for children with disabilities, Ivaylovgrad

Daycare center for children with disabilities is housed in Kindergarten "Ivaylovgrad" and has provided an accessible environment for children with disabilities. The aim of the Centre is through a multidisciplinary team approach to provide a range of social services for care of children with disabilities residing in general. Ivaylovgrad. The main task of the Center is to provide optimal conditions for integration work with children with disabilities, to support both the children themselves and their families by preparing an assessment of the child's needs and care program. For the performance, the day care center for children with disabilities must be made and optimal living conditions and residence to improve the microclimate in the premises and to improve working conditions personala.Tezi children are entitled to special support and care . The planned project activities will lead to the improvement of social infrastructure and improving the quality of life, namely increasing energy efficiency by: - Investigation of energy efficiency accompanied by a valid certificate; -Survey Down technical specifications related to compliance with the requirements of Article 169 of the SPA in accordance with the requirements set out in Chapter Three of Ordinance №5 2006 for Technical passport; - Engineering (design, construction and supervision); - Supervision and conformity assessment of the investment project with the essential requirements for building works, prepared as a comprehensive report of licensed consultant; - Activities for information and communication project; - Activities Project Management The project will have social and economic impact. Its implementation will contribute to enhancing the region's competitiveness by improving social infrastructure and create conditions for improving the quality of life and work in the municipality.
