This project proposal includes a building of cultural infrastructure - Library in Svilengrad to implement energy efficiency measures. The project provides implementation of the prescribed measures in the energy and technical inspection of the building. The main activities provided in this project are an engineering for the implementation of the energy efficiency measures, construction and authors supervision, audit, project management and publicity. The target group includes all residents and guests of the town and respectively the achieved results will have a lasting sustainability and impact on future consumers. The measures will have an additional effect as they will provide a cost-effective operation of the building, which will allow to continue sustainable management and maintenance. The proposed energy measures for the library will reduce the total energy consumption and reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and the building will reach energy class "B".
