This project proposal is a set of activities which will be implemented measures to increase the energy efficiency of the building of the Regional Service "Fire Safety and Population Protection" Ivaylovgrad. The building is the administrative home and it is out duty and educational activities to perform work on "Fire Safety and Population Protection Disaster Management. The main project activities are activities to increase the energy efficiency of the building and all activities that are associated with them .: -Energy Efficiency Inspection accompanied by a valid certificate; -Survey Down technical specifications related to compliance with the requirements of Article 169 of the SPA in accordance with the requirements set out in Chapter Three of Ordinance №5 of 2006 for Technical passport; - Engineering (design, construction and supervision); - Supervision and conformity assessment of the investment project with the essential requirements for building works, prepared as a comprehensive report of licensed consultant; - Activities for information and communication project; - Activities Project Management The project will have social and economic impact. Its implementation will contribute to enhancing the region's competitiveness by improving public infrastructure and create conditions for improving the quality of life and work in the municipality. In this sense, the project will boost the attractiveness of Ivaylovgrad and will help to ensure quality services in the community. By applying the above measures will improve the microclimate in all rooms of the building of the Regional Service "Fire Safety and Population Protection", Ivaylovgrad.
