The Kindergarden has been opened on 1975 year. The Kindergarden marks a long-term success in the educational work and is a key educational institution for adolescents in the town. Up to March 2016, at the kindergarden about 125 children in six groups are trained and educated, serviced by 22 employees. For its 41 years existence complete repair solutions and design updates in the building have not been applied, but only partial repairs. In the energy audit is found that the heat loss through the surrounding external elements - walls and roof are great and the building does not meet modern requirements for energy efficiency. In the present state normalized energy consumption in the building is 217.584 MWh/y, and the building falls in Class D in energy scale of energy consumption. During the implementation of all proposed energy saving measures, the total gross annual energy consumption will be reduced to 47.655 MWh /y and the building will fall into Class "B" scale of energy consumption. The proposed package of energy conservation measures will result in a significant environmental effect, carbon dioxide emissions will be reduced by 40.3 tons / year. It is also planned an introduction of a renewable energy source - solar domestic hot water. The implementation of the planned energy saving measures will significantly improve the comfort of adolescent children and staff and visibly reduce its operational costs - with an expected saving effect of 67,5 %.
