Improvement of energy efficiency at multifamily residential buildings in the city of Nova Zagora

The project proposal envisages the introduction of energy efficiency measures in five multifamily buildings in the city of Nova Zagora. The planned activities include introducing prescribed by the consultant performed an energy audit of the buildings energy-saving measures and implement those reflected in the technical passport guidelines and recommendations in order to reach at least class energy "C" in the building. Better performance of the building within the scope of intervention will significantly reduce operating costs for the building and will contribute to the extension of its life cycle. The project is aimed at implementing the following thematic objectives in accordance with the General Regulation №1303 / 2013: Thematic Objective 4 "Supporting the transition to a low-carbon economy in all sectors". Interventions within the project proposal will contribute to achieving the indicative national targets for energy savings in 2020 under the National Action Plan on Energy Efficiency 2014-2020. Through modernization and reconstruction of housing fund aims to improve the quality of life in the city of Nova Zagora. Activities for energy renovation will extend the life of buildings, reduce maintenance costs and encourage people to remain living in small settlements.
