"Increasing the energy efficiency of building a community center "Dimitar Polyanov - 1862", Karnobat"

The project aims to increase the energy efficiency of municipal building cultural infrastructure in the town of Karnobat. The planned activities are aimed at updating and implementation of energy saving measures in the community center "Dimitar Polyanov - 1862". The target groups targeted by the project are more than 500 children and adults involved in 22 schools compositions clubs and formations, visitors and members and staff of the library. Finite beneficiaries and beneficiaries of the project are all inhabitants of the town of Karnobat, guests and visitors of the city. The planned project duration is 24 months. Project implementation will contribute to solving problems such as outdated, in poor condition buildings of the library, and hence higher energy costs hampered accessibility of disadvantaged people to the library, the migration of young people to big cities.
