Energy efficiency of buildings providing administrative services

The current project proposal aims increasing energy efficiency of the building Municipal administration building and Municipal enterprise “Development and grassing”. The project provides entering measures of energy efficiency in both of the buildings, repair work, improving of accessibility and other work, described in the energy and technical inspection. The activities in the project are following: projection, construction work, author and construction supervision, management, publicity and audit. The target group are employers, working in Municipal administration, Municipal enterprise and councilors. As final beneficiaries of the project proposal are the overall population of Svilengrad Municipality, the business, and the passing through the territory of Svilengrad Municipality. The planned activities will lead to improving the energy efficiency of the both buildings, which will directly lead to decreasing of the final consumption of energy and indirectly – decreasing the emissions of greenhouse gasses. As a result of the project the municipal administrative buildings will be modernized, profitable exploitation of the municipal buildings will be provided and the conditions of work and providing services will be improved. After the realization of the project the energy consumption will achieve class “A”.
