"Renovation and implementation of energy efficiency measures in public buildings of Municipal administration, city Kozloduy"

The project proposal envisages the realization of energy efficiency measures and activities constructive reinforcement in buildings that are used by municipal administration offices and offices of employees of Kozloduy Municipality. The main administrative building has a small capacity, and because of this fact part of municipal employees are housed in offices in other buildings that have not been repaired and are not implemented energy efficiency measures. Buildings, subject to intervention, are 4 to use administrative, business building. The target groups of the project are 39 employees in the municipal administration, 16 the number of employees of the Directorate "Social Assistance" in the town. Kozloduy and needy persons - tenants in separate rooms. With the implementation of the project the goal is to increase the energy efficiency of public buildings; elimination of losses of electricity; reduction of harmful emissions into the atmosphere Expected results of the project: - Improving the comfort of living in public buildings and achieving the statutory parameters of the environment for heating and lighting; - Optimization of the budget expenditures as a result of the achieved energy savings of the implemented energy efficiency measures to statutory for prior periods; - Extended service life of public infrastructure and their installations and facilities; - Reducing carbon emissions from public infrastructure. The main project activities are: Engineering (design, with supervision and construction); Construction supervision; Organization and management of the project; Publicity and visualization; audit.
