Implementation of energy renovation measures of municipality buildnig in the town of Mezdra.

Introduction of measures to improve energy-efficient buildings of the municipal administration Mezdra , improved energy management to improve energy efficiency and reduce energy consumption for efficient use of resources and implementation of environmentally friendly policies. The potential for energy efficiency is the ability to improve combustion processes, processing and upgrading of the heating, electricity and other installations and components of the building leading to reduction of losses in transmission and distribution of energy. While seeking to expand the range of services and improve their quality, the municipality aims to reduce the costs of their implementation. Because where energy is a significant component in the cost of most services, reducing energy consumption is vital to reducing the cost of services. Through the system of measures to increase the efficiency of energy consumption in the building of municipal administration Mezdra, will decrease consumption and energy costs and greenhouse and noxious gases in the atmosphere and improve environmental quality in the city. On this basis it was developed this project proposal, mainly proposed measures to improve energy- efficient buildings of the municipal administration. In the present state normalized energy consumption in the building 1 275 090 kWh/ y, and the building falls within the class of energy D scale energy consumption. In the implementation of all proposed energy saving measures, the total gross annual energy consumption will be reduced by 46,7 % to 679 987,00 kWh / y and building will fall in class B of the scale of energy consumption. The proposed package of energy conservation measures will result in a significant environmental effect, carbon dioxide emissions will be reduced by 109.3 tons /year.
