The project proposal includes implementation of energy efficiency measures in six public buildings, municipal property in the town of General Toshevo, Dobrich district - buildings of the municipal administration, the Labour Office, CC "Svetlina 1941", CC "Ivan Vazov 1946", neigbourhood Pastir, Student dormitory and "Hristo Smirnenski" Primary School. The planned project activities included in the technical inspection of buildings and energy audit will prolong the life of the buildings, will provide profitable exploitation, will enable further sustainable management of maintenance, in order to provide better and quality services to the population in the city.
