House of Culture in the town of Sandanski is the main and most important building of cultural infrastructure in the municipality of Sandanski. Since its creation and opening in the late 70s of last century, it has established itself as a leading regional cultural center. The main part of the cultural events of our town are held here - concerts, theater, performances, etc. In the past House of of Culture hosted and international cultural events such as the Golden Antenna - a forum for TV films and productions. Today, however, his poor material and technical condition not only prevents the holding of such events, but also extremely strong obstructs the functioning of basic activities - such as the repetitions of folkloric artists, singers and singers groups, provision of library services, etc, and does not allow at all in winter to conduct official events in the great hall, due to low freezing temperatures there. House of Culture of the Municipality of Sandanski is the building most in need of renovation and the same time the building that can realize the greatest energy savings. With the implementation of the project will achieve a qualitative breakthrough in the cultural infrastructure of the municipality and the region, and will allow the return of Sandanski on national and international map of cultural events, which is important for local stakeholders, but also for tourism in the region.
