"Regions in Growth updated Municipal Administration of Nikopol"

With the project proposal aims to update the administrative building of the municipal administration, through the implementation of energy efficiency measures that are prescribed as mandatory in the building energy audit and activities constructive restoration, prescribed as mandatory in the technical inspection. A three-storey building with basement and attic, built with skeletal concrete construction and the sloping wooden roof. As a function is an administrative building. The first three floors is situated administration management with service rooms and bathrooms. The attic floor is not operated and maintained. Under the building is built basement with storage and utility rooms and 3 pcs. garages, which are accessible via ramps on the east side of the building. The site is designed and built solid with concrete construction scaffolding. The surrounding walls / internal and external / are brickwork. The building of the municipal administrations is the only city that provides administrative services. After an analysis it is found that the building which houses the municipal administration g. Nikopol has the greatest need of renovation and potential energy savings.
