The project proposal aims at renovating the Police Station building in the town of Nikopol, through the implementation of energy efficiency measures prescribed as mandatory for the building in the energy efficiency assessment and constructive restoration activities, prescribed as mandatory in the technical examination. There will also be executed construction works related to the implementation of energy efficiency measures and restoration of the initial state compromised as a result of the renovation. Implementation of the activities will extend the building's life and reduce maintenance costs, thus improving the working conditions and the provision of public services. The object of intervention is a public state building, built in 1984 and located in Nikopol, 6 Vasil Levski Str. The city has no other public administration buildings with a greater need of renovation and with potential for energy savings.
