"Increasing the energy efficiency of the building of the Center for social rehabilitation and integration of persons with disabilities in the town of Karnobat"

The project aims to increase the energy efficiency of municipal building of social infrastructure in the town of Karnobat. The planned activities are aimed at updating and implementation of energy saving measures in the building of the Centre for social rehabilitation and integration of persons with disabilities. The target group that is focused project are persons over 18 years of age with physical disabilities, mental disorders and mental retardation community waiting for accommodation in a specialized institution, potential users of the community, Karnobat municipality as an institution. Final beneficiaries are 57 users of hourly services of the Center for Social Rehabilitation and Integration and 8 employees. The planned project duration is 24 months. Project implementation will contribute to solving problems such as old buildings, and hence higher energy costs hampered accessibility of disadvantaged people, providing the necessary thermal comfort for occupants. As a result of the implementation of activities will be renewed building of the Centre for social rehabilitation and integration of persons with disabilitiesin the town of Karnobat, will increase its energy performance will be realized energy savings, will provide a better quality of life and access to social services for disadvantaged people.
