Energy Efficiency in the in the building Regional Service Fire Safety and Protection of Population

This project proposal envisages the implementation of measures that contribute to achieving a higher level of energy efficiency and reducing energy consumption of the building of the building of Area Service Fire Safety and Population Protection in Tutrakan. The project proposal corresponds to the thematic objective 4 - "Supporting the transition to a low carbon economy in all sectors" under Regulation 1303/2013. Activities within the project proposal will contribute to achieving the indicative national targets for energy savings in 2020 under the National Action Plan on Energy Efficiency 2014-2020 due to planned activities that will lead to improving the energy efficiency of building of Area Service Fire Safety and Population Protection -Tutrakan that will directly contribute to reducing of final energy consumption and indirectly, to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in small towns - supporting centers of polycentric system. The proposed measures will contribute to the preservation of the traditional functions of small towns - support centers for the supply of public services not only for its people but also for the population of the surrounding peripheral areas. Investments in energy efficiency measures in public buildings, except for energy saving effect, will serve as an example of good practice at local level and promote the implementation of similar measures financed both from the national budget and from other sources.
