The current project proposal envisages implementation of measures for increased energy efficiency of Ritual Hall , Peshtera. The Ritual Hall is public municipal property, set by Act Nr.153/08.10.1998 of Ministry of Regional Development and Planning (MRDP).The buildings have a statute of architectural fixed assets of cultural value, acc.to letter of NINKN Nr. 3748/06.10.981.Based on conclusions of the technical passports, the building current status does not meet the requirements of Art.169 of the LTD in terms of energy efficiency, safe operation, noise and environmental protection. In comparison to the other municipal building, the a.m. sites reveal extremely high level of necessity for renovation and energy savings potential. The implementation of the a.m. measures will lead to achieving class "A" for the buildings' energy consumption in acc. with the goals of the current procedure.
