Increasing the energy efficiency of residential buildings in the town of Razlog - First group (Association of owners "Predel" with address 2, Opalchenska Str., Association of owners "Block Gotse Delchev" with address 1 "Gotse Delchev" Str., Association of owners "Golak" with address 10 "Hristo Botev" Str., Association of owners "Starata Apteka" with address 9 "Hristo Botev" Str.)

This project proposal includes interventions for renovation and energy efficiency of 4 residential buildings in the town of Razlog. All of the buildings are eligibile according to criteria of the program. They are approved for improving of energy efficiency measures. Razlog municipality has contracts with the all Association of owners. Performed energy audits and technical objects of intervention showed that the current state of the buildings and heating systems do not provide the required sanitary - hygiene standards for thermal comfort and do not satisfy the requirements of Art. 169 of the Law on Spatial Planning in relation to essential requirements for safe operation; health and life; saving energy and heat. Also, the buildings are not aligned with the requirements of Ordinance № 4 / 01.07. 2009. design, implementation and maintenance of buildings in accordance with the requirements for accessible environment for the population, incl. for people with disabilities. After the implementation of all proposed mandatory energy-saving measures included in the technical audits, residential buildings will be aligned with the legal requirements for energy efficiency - at least energy class "C" of Decree № 7/2004, the amendment in State Gazette on 27 of 2015 for energy efficiency of buildings and will satisfy the requirements of Article 169 of the Law on Spatial Planning and the requirements for accessible environment. The project envisages the following activities: - Organization and Project Management; - Engineering; - Construction supervision and conformity assessment; - Information and communication; - Introduction of the facility into operation; - Audit; - Preparation and conducting of tender procedure for selection of contractors.
