Implementation of energy efficiency in buildings of educational infrastructure in the city. Belogradchik

In connection OPRG 2014-2020 and Guidelines for Applicants procedure BG16RFOP001-2.001proektnoto proposal aims to implement the thematic objective 4 " support the transition to a low-carbon economy in all sectors," according to the General Regulation №1303 / 2013 . The project proposal is aimed at implementing energy measures in public buildings of educational infrastructure aimed to improve their energy efficiency, which will help reduce the overall energy consumption and thus extending the service life of buildings. In The project sites of intervention are: elementry school "Vasil Levski", located in the city. Belogradchik, square "Vazrajdane" № 4 and The building "Youth Centre," with user building "Children's Complex Belogradchik- Support Center for Personal Development ", public municipal property, located in the city. Belogradchik, str. "Vasil Levski" № 4A. With the implementation of project activities aimed at the energy renovation of buildings will benefit not only employees _ , children and students involved in the learning process, but also citizens of the municipality and residents outside its territory. Further more the improvement of the external appearance and overall appearance of the objects of intervention will create conditions for a better working environment, learning process, comfort and quality of living environment. The activities envisaged for implementation in accordance with the prescribed measures for energy and technical surveys for the individual buildings, leading to improving both the overall energy performance of buildings, but also improve in terms of structural rigidity. the Cost- effective operation, management and maintenance of the buildings will lead to the sustainability of the buildings which will give opportunity to provide better and additional services for the citizens and thus contribution to reduce the rate of migration.
