Improved energy efficiency of residential buildings in the town of Peshtera - LOT 3

The current project proposal envisages the implementation of measures for increased energy efficiency of the below stated multi-family residential buildings - private property. The sites comprising of separate premises, are located in the town of Peshtera at the following addresses: 1. 28, Alexander Stamboliiski, 2. 3 and 3a, Stefan Kunchev Str., 3. 38A, Geo Milev Str., 4. 29A, Stefan Kunchev Str., 5. 50, Alexander Stamboliiski Str. 6. Tzvetna Harmonia, 70, St. Konstantin Str. 7. 33 and 33A St. Konstantin Str., 8. 8, Geo Milev Str., 9. Riadkovi House, 57, Stefan Kunchev Str., 10. Ushevi Family, 15, Panorama Str. Based on the conclusions of the technical passport, the buildings’ current status do not meet the requirements of Art. 169 of the LTD in terms of energy efficiency, safe operation, noise protection and environmental protection. Compared to the other residential buildings, the a.m. sites reveal high level of project preparation, necessity for renovation and energy savings potential. The project proposal envisages the following measures set in the Technical Passports: • Complete isolation according to Ordinance Nr.7 from 2004 for Energy efficiency in buildings. • Replacement of windows casings acc. to Ordinance Nr.7 2004. • Heating systems replacement. • Roof thermal insulation, replacement of construction and waterproof layers. • Recovery of compromised plaster on walls and ceilings and application of finish latex or oil paint. • Necessary measures – water supply and drainage system. • Necessary measures - electrical system. • Necessary measures - fire safety system. • Recommendation measures specific for each building. The implementation of the a.m. measures will lead to the achievement of class „B and C“ energy consumption, in compliance with the goals of the current procedure.
