Increasing energy efficiency in multifamily buildings in Pomorie town

The project proposal (PP) is aimed at improving energy efficiency (EE) of multifamily residential buildings in the city Pomorie. The PP includes three residential buildings located at: 1. bul. P.Yavorov № 50 2. kv. Svoboda № 11 3. ul. Dobrich № 8 Energy efficiency measures in residential buildings will be executed on the basis of conducted energy audits accompanied by a valid certificate of energy performance of the building and inspection to establish the technical characteristics of the building with established technical passport. During the on stage realization of the PP investment projects under SPA and Ordinance 4 of 2001 of the scope and content of investment projects will be developed. The investment projects will include all mandatory energy saving measures prescribed in the energy audit, including measures for utilization of renewable energy sources and all required measures prescribed in the technical investigation. Actions for energy consumption reduction will provide better living conditions, thermal comfort and higher quality of living environment. Projects for energy efficiency in buildings will contribute to achieving the national target for increasing energy efficiency - namely achieving a higher level of energy efficiency, which will directly contribute to the reduction of total energy consumption and indirectly - to the reduction of the emissions of greenhouse gases in small towns - supporting centers of polycentric system according NCSD 2013-2025. PP will contribute to achieving national benchmarks for energy savings for 2020. Related to saving energy in FEC and PEC. Implementation of the measures in PP will lead to providing better air quality living and working environment in accordance with the criteria for sustainable development and contribution to achieving the indicative national targets for energy savings untill 2020 set in National plan for energy efficiency action 2014- 2020.
