Increasing energy efficiency in multifamily buildings in Pomorie town

The project proposal (PP) is aimed at improving energy efficiency (EE) of multifamily residential buildings in the city Pomorie The project proposal includes three residential buildings located in: 1. str. Petar Beron № 7 2. sq. Svoboda № 17 3. bul. Yavorov № 62 Energy efficiency measures in residential buildings will be executed on the basis of conducted energy audits accompanied by a valid certificate of energy performance of the building and inspection to establish the technical characteristics of the building with established technical passport. On stage realization of the PP will be developed investment projects under Law on Spatial Planning and Ordinance 4 of 2001. The scope and content of investment projects. The investment projects will include all mandatory energy saving measures prescribed in the energy audit, including measures for utilization of renewable energy sources and all required measures prescribed in the technical investigation. Activities for energy upgrade will provide better living conditions, thermal comfort and higher quality of living environment. Projects for energy efficiency in buildings will contribute to achieving the national target for increasing energy efficiency - namely achieving a higher level of energy efficiency, which directly contribute to the reduction of total energy consumption and indirectly - to reduce emissions greenhouse gases in small towns - supporting centers of polycentric system according National conception about spatial development 2013-2025. The PP will contribute to achieving national benchmarks for energy savings for 2020. Related to saving energy in FEC and PEC. Implementation of the measures in project proposal will lead to providing better air quality living and working environment in accordance with the criteria for sustainable development and contribute to achieving the indicative national targets for energy savings for 2020 set in National plan for energy efficiency action 2014- 2020.
