Energy efficiency improvement of residential buildings, located in Troyan–II Project, includes the following buildings at: 3rd and 5th Han Asparuh Str. and 3G Radetski Str; 69th L. Karavelov Str.; 9th Minko Radkovski Str.; 45/47 Hr. Botev Str.; 1st St. Karadzha Str.; 5th Nezabravka Str.; 258th V. Levski Str.; 384th V. Levski Str.; r.c. Mladost, res. bl. 6; 5th Ohrid Str.; r.c. Mladost, res. bl. 4.

The project proposal for gratuitous financial aid under the procedure for direct gratuitous funding BG16RFOP001-2.001 „Energy efficiency in peripheral areas”, Priority Axis 2 „Support for Energy Efficiency in support centers in peripheral areas“ of OP „Regions in growth“ 2014-2020 aims at improving the energy efficiency of the multi-family residential buildings, with no more than 35 individual residential sites, located in Troyan, which includes the following buildings: 3rd and 5th Han Asparuh Str. and 3G Radetski Str; 69th L. Karavelov Str.; 9th Minko Radkovski Str.; 45/47 Hr. Botev Str.; 1st St. Karadzha Str.; 5th Nezabravka Str.; 258th V. Levski Str.; 384th V. Levski Str.; r.c. Mladost, res. bl. 6; 5th Ohrid Str.; r.c. Mladost,res. bl. 4., by implementation of the following activities: - Implementation of all mandatory ESMs for the buildings as per the respective EE Surveys, which will lead to at least C-class energy consumption; - Implementation of the mandatory structural restoration/strengthening measures as per the respective Technical Surveys of the buildings (according to the Building’s Tech Passport, part B –Site’s maintenance measures and deadlines for implementation of repair works, item 2 ‘Necessary measures for maintaining site’s safe exploitation and schedule for implementation of imminent measures); - Implementation of the remaining measures, indicated as mandatory in the Tech Survey (TS); - Implementation of measures related to improved access to buildings for disabled persons in compliance with Ordinance №4/01.07.2009 for designing, implementation and maintaining construction sites in compliance with the requirements for accessible environment for the population, including people with disabilities; With the implementation of the prescribed ESMs the buildings will meet the EE, heat-preservation and energy economy requirements for the buildings in compliance with Ordinance №7/2004, Act as of 14.04.2005, reaching C-class for energy consumption.
