Introduction of energy efficiency measures for residential buildings in the town of Devin

This project proposal is aimed at improving energy efficiency in four buildings located in the municipal center Devin. 1. Residential building in Devin, located at 1 Yavor Str. – apartment building built in 1970. A multifamily residential building with a massive monolithic structure. At present the building falls into energy Class G. After the implementation of the energy saving measures it will achieve energy class C. 2. Residential building in Devin, located at 13 Tsvetan Zangov Str. – military apartment building built in 1965. It is multifamily residential building with a massive monolithic structure. At present the building falls into energy Class G. After the implementation of the energy saving measures it will achieve energy class C. 3. Residential building in Devin, located at 47 Vasil Levski Str. – apartment building in 1974. It is a nine – storey high multifamily residential building with monolithic structure. At present the building falls into energy Class E. After the implementation of the energy saving measures it will achieve energy class C. 4. Residential building in Devin, located at 20 Rodopi Str. – a massive military apartment building consisting of three residential units and a single – storey body. It was built in 1977 and has a monolithic structure. At present the building falls into energy Class E. After the implementation of the energy saving measures it will achieve energy class B. The energy renovation activities planned for the upper – mentioned residential buildings will improve their operational characteristics, which will help extend the life of these buildings. They will also reduce their maintenance casts and create better living conditions for the residents in these buildings, thus encouraging people to remain living in small settlements.
