Energy efficiency in multifamily residential buildings

This project proposal envisages implementation of measures that contributes to achieving a higher level of energy efficiency and reducing energy consumption in the residential buildings. A major problem in multi-family residential buildings is the low level of energy efficiency. Investments in energy efficiency measures, besides energy saving effect, will serve as an example of good practice at local level and promote the implementation of similar measures financed both from the national budget and from other sources. The measures will have an additional effect as it will provide a cost-effective operation of the building, which will allow continuing sustainable management and maintenance.
