Energy efficiency of apartment buildings in Svilengrad - 1

The current project proposal aims increasing energy efficiency of apartment buildings with the following address 18 Strashimir Dochkov 29 Str., General Skobelev Str. and 12 Septemvriitsi Str. The project provides entering measures of energy efficiency in the buildings, described in the energy and technical inspection. The activities in the project are the following engineering for the implementation of the energy efficiency measures, construction and authors supervision, audit, project management and publicity. The target group are inhabitants of the blocks and the achieved results will have a lasting sustainability and impact on future consumers. The planned activities will lead to improving the energy efficiency of the buildings, which will directly lead to decreasing of the final consumption of energy and indirectly decreasing the emissions of greenhouse gasses. As a result of the project the apartment buildings will be modernized, profitable exploitation and the energy consumption will achieve class C.
