Improving the quality of life by implementing measures to increase energy efficiency in residential buildings in the town of Ivaylovgrad

This project proposal is a set of measures through the implementation of which will ensure that all actions necessary to improve energy efficiency in buildings in the town of Ivaylovgrad subject to intervention project. The planned activities that will lead to improving the energy efficiency of buildings are: -Survey Energy Efficiency Inspectionefficiency accompanied by a valid certificate; -Survey Efficiency Down technical specifications related to compliance with the requirements of Article 169 of the SPA in accordance with the requirements set out in Chapter Three of Ordinance №5 of 2006 for Technical passport; - Engineering (design, construction and supervision); - Supervision and conformity assessment of the investment project with the essential requirements for building works, prepared as a comprehensive report of licensed consultant; - Activities for information and communication project; - Activities for information campaigns; - Activities for project management; - Audit project. The project has a social effect , because of the choice of target groups , namely poor people / owners of single-family homes . The project implementation creates a prerequisite for improving the microclimate and living conditions
