Reconstruction, modernization and introduction of energy efficiency measures in the building of Kindergarten "Yuri Gagarin" - city. Malko Tarnovo

The project proposal envisages the introduction of energy efficiency measures in the building of the Kindergarten "Yuri Gagarin" - Malko Tarnovo, located in the city. Malko Tarnovo. Planned activities include introducing of energy saving measures prescribed by the consultant who conducted an energy audit of the building, and implement those described in the technical passport guidelines and recommendations in order to reach at least class energy "C" in the building. Better performance of the building within the scope of intervention will significantly reduce operating costs for the building and will contribute to the extension of its life cycle. The project is aimed at implementing the following thematic objectives in accordance with the General Regulation №1303 / 2013: Thematic Objective 4 "Supporting the transition to a low-carbon economy in all sectors". Interventions within the project proposal will contribute to achieving the indicative national targets for energy savings in 2020 under the National Action Plan on Energy Efficiency 2014-2020 aiming By supporting adequately address the problems associated with the increased migration to major and medium-sized cities, better quality of life and modernization of public infrastructure in the town of Malko Tarnovo and stimulate urban-rural relations. Activities for energy upgrade will extend the life of the building, reduce maintenance costs and contribute to reducing greenhouse gases, will encourage people to remain living in small settlements through improvement of public infrastructure.
