Increasing the energy efficiency of a building of the Border Police Department - Krumovgrad town

The project aims to increase the energy efficiency of a building of the Border Police Department - Krumovgrad town. This building is destined for the administrative building of the BPD - Krumovgrad. Energy efficiency measures in the building site of intervention will be executed on the basis of conducted energy efficiency audits, accompanied by a valid certificate of energy performance of the building and inspection to establish the technical characteristics of the building with established technical passport. On stage realization of the project proposal will be made projects under the Law on Spatial Planning and Ordinance 4 from 2001 on the scope and content of investment projects. The investment project will include all mandatory energy saving measures prescribed in the energy audit, including measures for utilization of renewable energy sources and all required measures prescribed in the technical investigation. Activities for energy upgrade will extend the life of the building, reduce maintenance costs and encourage people to remain living in small settlements. As a result of their implementation will increase the energy efficiency of the building of the municipality will be reduced electricity costs, which will lead to free up resources that can be reallocated for other activities. Improving the energy efficiency of the building is one of the main prerequisites for improving the quality of services offered to the local population, reducing energy consumption and environmental protection.
