Increasing the energy efficiency of residential buildings on 33 and 33A "Sv. Sv. Kiril i Metodii" Street, 23 "Chudomir Kantardjiev" Street, 39 "Nikola Vapcarov" Street in Sandanski, Municipality of Sandanski.

Project envisages implementation of energy efficiency measures in residential buildings privately owned, located in the town of Sandanski, on the following addresses - 33 and 33A "Sv. Sv. Kiril i Metodii" Street, 23 "Chudomir Kantardjiev" Street, 39 "Nikola Vapcarov" Street, a procedure for granting financial assistance BG16RFOP001-2.001 "energy efficiency in peripheral areas" Priority axis 2 "support for energy efficiency support centers in outlying areas" of OPRD 2014-2020 The target groups of this project are the citizens living and / or using the buildings subject to intervention, business representatives directly involved in the implementation of project activities, municipal administration and citizens interested in energy efficiency activities with own or external financing. The project objectives are consistent with the primary objective of this procedure - to increase energy efficiency in the residential sector in supporting centers fourth level of national polycentric system and the specific aims to reduce energy costs, leading to lower greenhouse gases, improve air quality, extending the life cycle of buildings and improving the attractiveness and the traditional functions of small and medium-sized cities - local and micro support centers in the national polycentric system. The expected results of the project are: modernized and refurbished three residential buildings in the town of Sandanski - matching actual energy efficiency requirements and acquired new aesthetic appearance, leading to improved urban environment and quality of life in it. Existing needs from the realization of complex of measures for improving energy efficiency is connected with their unsatisfactory material condition and large energy losses. It will include the following activities: preparatory activities, engineering (design and construction), monitoring and control.
