Implementation of energy efficiency measures in multifamily residential buildings in Sevlievo city.

Implementation of all eligible with CCD mandatory energy saving measures prescribed in the energy efficiency assessment and technical audit to achieve at least grade "C" energy twenty-three multifamily buildings in Sevlievo, aiming to increase the energy efficiency of buildings and reducing energy costs, improving performance to extend the life cycle of buildings, providing conditions of living environment in accordance with sustainability criteria. In accordance with the Guidelines for Application procedure, the project proposal provides the following activities: Design - preparation of investment projects of twenty-three multifamily buildings, subject to intervention based on mandatory measures made in the preparation and technical energy audit of the buildings; Construction work for input of the energy efficiency measures; Making copyright and construction supervision; Performance of activities of information and publicity; Implementation Audit activities and Organization and Management of the implementation of the planned activities. The realization of the project proposal will contribute to improving the living environment 294 households and improve performance to extend the life cycle of buildings. In accordance with the horizontal policies of the EU, the project will contribute to the implementation of policies at local and national level in the field of rational use of energy resources and environmental protection.
