"Renovation and implementation of energy efficiency measures in residential buildings in Kozloduy"

The project envisages the implementation of energy efficiency measures in 9 buildings in the town. The current state of the buildings does not comply with the energy efficiency requirements under Regulation 7 of 2004. Target group of the project are 8 owners of single-family houses and 27 owners of individual units and their families in an apartment building. The implementation of the project aims to increase the energy efficiency of residential buildings; elimination of electricity losses; reduce harmful emissions. Expected results of the project: - Improving the comfort of living in residential buildings and reaching the statutory parameters of the environment for heating and lighting; - Optimization of expenditures as a result of the achieved energy savings of the implemented energy efficiency measures; - Extended service life of the buildings and their installations and facilities; - Reducing carbon emissions. The main project activities are: Engineering (design, with supervision and construction); Construction supervision; Organization and management of the project; Publicity and visualization; Audit.
