Improving the energy efficiency of a building of high school "Vasil Levski", Krumovgrad town

The project proposal is aimed at increasing the energy efficiency of a building of high school "Vasil Levski", Krumovgrad. High school "Vasil Levski" is located in two buildings, one of which is teaching children in the first stage from the first to the fourth grade, while the other building is teaching children from the fifth to the twelfth grade, which is the subject of this project proposal. The building was built between 1977 and 1981. It is located in the eastern part of the property and has a playground, alleys, separate lawns. Energy efficiency measures in the school will be implemented on the basis of an energy efficiency audit accompanied by a valid energy performance certificate and a survey to establish the technical characteristics of the school with a technical passport. At the stage of application, an "Investment project" is being developed in the Phase "Detailed Design", in accordance with the Territorial Planning Act and Ordinance 4 of 2001 on the scope and content of the investment projects. The investment project includes all mandatory energy saving measures prescribed in the energy efficiency audit and all mandatory measures prescribed in the technical audit. As a result of their implementation, the energy efficiency of the building will be increased, electricity costs will be reduced, which will lead to the release of resources to be redirected to other activities and will stimulate people to live in small settlements. Improving the energy efficiency of the building is one of the main prerequisites for improving the quality of educational services offered, reducing energy consumption and protecting the environment.
