Increasing the energy efficiency of the building of the Regional Directorate "Border Police" - Elhovo

The project proposal is aimed at increasing the energy efficiency of the building of the Regional Border Police Directorate - Elhovo, the project proposal includes two sites - an administrative building and a building with accommodation facilities for detainees and warehouses. In 1959 a building was constructed with PNZL and warehouses and the main administrative building was put into operation in 1978. The buildings included in the project proposal are located at 1 Morava Str. Energy efficiency measures in buildings will be implemented on the basis of an energy efficiency audit accompanied by a valid energy performance certificate for the building concerned and an audit of the technical characteristics of buildings with technical passports. At the stage of application, an investment project was made in the "technical design" phase, in accordance with the Territory Planning Act and Ordinance 4 of 2001 on the scope and content of the investment projects. The investment project includes all mandatory energy saving measures prescribed in the energy efficiency audit, incl. measures for the recovery of renewable energy sources and all mandatory measures prescribed in the technical audit. The implementation of the project activities proposed in the administrative building will contribute to the energy consumption class "A", while the PNZL and warehouses will contribute to reaching the energy consumption class "B". The energy saving measures envisaged under the project and the mandatory measures for the examination of the technical characteristics will be carried out on the basis of the audits carried out on the respective buildings. As a result of their implementation, the energy efficiency of the building will be increased, electricity costs will be reduced, which will lead to the release of resources to be redirected to other activities and will stimulate people to live in small settlements.
