Implementation of energy efficiency measures in municipal property buildings

The project proposal aims to increasing the energy efficiency of 3 municipal buildings - "Vasil Levski" 1933 Community center, Lyuben Karavelov Primary School and "Social Center", Svilengrad. The project envisages the introduction of energy-efficient measures in the three buildings, repair works, improvement of accessibility and other activities described in the energy and technical survey. The project activities are as follows: preliminary activities - technical and energy auditing and design, construction and assembly works, design and construction supervision, management, publicity and auditing. The target group is the employees and users of the above-mentioned institutions. The final beneficiaries of the project proposal are the whole population of Svilengrad Municipality, the business as well as those passing through the territory of Svilengrad Municipality. The planned activities will improve the energy efficiency of the three buildings which will directly contribute to reducing final energy consumption and indirectly to reducing greenhouse gas emissions. As a result of the project, the municipal buildings will be modernized, cost-effective operation of public buildings will be improved and the conditions for work and service provision will be improved. Once the project has been implemented, buildings will achieve an "A" energy consumption class.
