Introduction of energy efficiency measures in one municipal building and four multifamily residential buildings in the town of Mezdra

The project proposal aims the implementation of energy efficiency measures in one municipal building and four multifamily residential buildings in the town of Mezdra. The main measures prescribed from the energy efficiency audits of the buildings and the certificates are: 1) Administrative building of market in town of Mezdra - 1: Replacement of the existing joinery with PVC joinery with a five-chamber profile and double glazing; 2: Thermal insulation of external walls; 3: Thermal insulation of roof 2) Multi-family residential building in Mezdra, 2 Hristo Botev str. - 1: Thermal insulation of external walls; 2: Replacement of amortized joinery; 3: Thermal insulation of the roof; 4: Replacement of stairway lighting 3) Multi-family residential building in Mezdra, Dunav str. 3 and 5: 1 Replacement of facade window frames with new; 2: Laying heat insulation from EPS over the outer walls; 3: Thermal insulation of the roof; 4: Thermal Insulation of floor and 5: Installations. 4) Multi-family residential building in Mezdra, 43 Hristo Botev str. - 1: Thermal isolation of external walls; 2: Replacement of the amortized PVC window frames with five-chamber profile and double glazing; 3: Thermal insulation of the roof; 4: Replacement of stairway lighting. 5 Multi-family residential building in Mezdra, Serdika 7 str. - 1: Thermal insulation of external walls; 2 Thermal insulation of a roof; 3. Replacement of joinery; 4. Changing the fuel base.
