"Implementation of measures for increasing the energy efficiency of multifamily residential buildings in the town of Belogradchik"

The project proposal is aimed at introducing energy measures in multifamily residential buildings, aiming at improving their energy efficiency, which in turn will contribute to the reduction of the final energy consumption and respectively the extension of the lifetime of the buildings. In the project the objects of intervention are multifamily residential buildings - 5 in number, with established Association of Owners, as follows: "Ideal Center", Belogradchik, 1 Knyaz Boris I Str., "Zora", Belogradchik, 26, Knyaz Boris I Str., Baltona, Belogradchik, 28, Ksaz Boris I Str., "Success", Belogradchik, 27 Knyaz Boris I Str., Zdravets 12-19, Belogradchik, bc. Zdravets № 12-19. The implementation of the project activities will benefit not only the owners of individual buildings in the buildings but also those living in the surrounding buildings as the improvement of the external appearance and the overall vision of the sites of intervention will create conditions for a better life, the quality of the living environment. The envisaged implementation activities are in line with the prescribed energy and technical auditing measures for individual buildings, leading to an improvement in both the overall energy performance of buildings and improvements in structural strength.
