"Implementation of Measures for Increasing the Energy Efficiency of a Multi-Family Residential Building and a POS Building for Educational and Social Services in Belogradchik"

The project proposal is aimed at implementing energy measures in a multi-family residential building and a POS building to provide social and educational services aimed at improving their energy efficiency, which in turn will contribute to the reduction of the final energy consumption and respectively the extension of the service life of buildings. In the project the objects of intervention are a multifamily residential building with established "Zdravetz 21-30" SS and a sister with functioning social and educational services. The realization of the project activities will benefit not only the owners and the users of the buildings but also the population as a whole, as the improvement of their energy efficiency, the overall vision of the sites of intervention will create conditions for a better life, comfort and quality improvement of the living environment. The envisaged implementation activities are in line with the prescribed energy and technical auditing measures for individual buildings, leading to an improvement in both the overall energy performance of buildings and improvements in structural strength.
