Energy Efficiency in the Administrative Building for Public Service - Pomorie

This project proposal will be implemented under Priority Axis 2 and includes activities for improving the energy efficiency in the Administrative Building for Public Service - Pomorie contributing to the reduction of final energy consumption and indirectly - the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions in small towns - supporting centers of polycentric system according NCSD (National Concept for Spatial Development). The measures will have an additional effect as they will provide a cost-effective functioning of a public building , which will allow tsustainably continue their management and maintenance. The implementation of the activities envisaged in the project will contribute to: • Achieving the energy consumption class "A" in the Administrative building for public service-Pomorie • Reducing energy costs and a significant part of the required energy will be provided by the Renewable Source-Solar Plant; • Higher energy efficiency: direct - reduction of final energy consumption and indirectly - reduction of greenhouse gas emissions in small towns - supporting centers of the polycentric system, according to the NCSD 2013-2025; • Achieving the indicative 2020 energy savings targets set out in the National Action Plan for Energy Efficiency 2014-2020; • Ensure better air quality, living conditions, accessible and working environment in accordance with sustainable development criteria; • Improving performance to extend the life cycle of the building; • Preservation of the traditional functions of small town-supporting centers related to the provision of public services not only to the local population but also to the population of the surrounding peripheral areas. The energy efficiency measures will be implemented on the basis of an energy efficiency audit, proving that the measures implemented will cover the concept of the building as a "Near-zero energy building" as defined by the Energy Efficiency Act. Degree of readiness: Technical Project and Building Permit.
