"Increasing the energy efficiency of administrative buildings of Local police department - Razlog and Regional Office "Fire Safety and Protection of the Population - Razlog."

The project "Increasing the energy efficiency of administrative buildings of Local police department - Razlog and Regional Office "Fire Safety and Protection of the Population - Razlog." includes implementation of energy efficiency measures of the two administrative buildings public state property. The project proposal includes activities constructive restoration / reinforcement of the building, implementation of energy efficiency measures, energy audits and technical audits of the buildings have been performed in advance. The implementation of the project will contribute to the reduction of final energy consumption and indirectly - to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in small towns - supporting centers of the polycentric system according to the National Concept for Spatial Development.Direct beneficiaries of the project are 74 people working there.The energy measures that will be implemented will have an additional effect - ensuring cost-effective operation of public administration buildings, which will allow them to continue their management and maintenance sustainably. The realization of the project will support Municipality of Razlog in its policy of improving the living standards and living conditions of the local people.The objectives of this project meet the objectives set out in an Integrated Urban Recovery and Development Plan of Razlog. The project proposal is in line with the objectives of Priority Axis 2 " Support for Energy Efficiency in support centers in peripheral areas" of the Operational Programme "Regions in Growth" 2014-2020 and the Thematic Objective 4 "Support for the transition to a low-carbon economy in all sectors", under the Regulation 1303/2013.
