"Reconstruction, modernization and introduction of energy efficiency measures in administrative and multifamily residential buildings on the territory of the town of Malko Tarnovo"

The project proposal envisages the introduction of energy efficiency measures in: 1. The administrative building of the State Agency for Industrial Development in Malko Tarnovo and three multifamily residential buildings with administrative addresses: 1. Town of Malko Tarnovo, Iztok complex, bl. 19 2. Town of Malko Tarnovo, Iztok complex, bl. 20 3. town of Malko Tarnovo, Iztok complex, bl. 25 The planned activities include introducing the energy saving measures prescribed by the consultant and performing the energy-related measures in the technical passport, in order to achieve at least the energy consumption class "C" in the buildings included in the project proposal. Better performance of buildings within the scope of intervention will significantly reduce their operating costs and contribute to extending their life cycle. The project aims to meet the following thematic objectives under the General Regulation 1303/2013: Thematic Objective 4 "Supporting the transition to a low-carbon economy in all sectors". The interventions under the project proposal will contribute to the achievement of the indicative national energy savings targets for 2020 according to the National Energy Efficiency Action Plan 2014-2020. The aim is to address adequately the problems related to the increased migration to the big ones and medium-sized towns, better quality of life and cultural services and the modernization of public infrastructure in the town of Malko Tarnovo, as well as the stimulation of urban-rural ties. bursement will prolong the life of buildings, reduce maintenance costs and contribute to reducing greenhouse gases, will encourage people to remain living in small settlements through improved cultural and social environment.
