The project offer`s target is increasing the energy efficiency of two buildings in the residential sector. In this project offer are included the following buildings as an object of intervention. -The multi-family residential building "Kolyo Ficheto №1", address: Devin, 4 Rodopi str. - The multi-family residential building "Kolyo Ficheto №2", address: Devin, 2 Rodopi str. The implementing the provided energy efficiency measures will ensure better living conditions for the residents of the multi-family residential buildings, heating comfort and higher quality of the living environment. It is expected that after performing the activities for improving energy efficiency and efficiency will be up to class "C". This will contribute for reduction of the final consumption of energy and respectively will prolong the life of the buildings.
