Introduction of Energy Efficiency Measures in Public and Multifamily Residential Buildings on the Territory of the Town of Botevgrad - Stage 1

The project "Implementation of energy efficiency measures in public and multifamily residential buildings on the territory of Botevgrad - Stage 1" is under Priority Axis 2 "Support for Energy Efficiency in Supporting Centers in Peripheral Areas" of OPRD. Within the project for 1 public building (District Management of the Ministry of Interior, 11 Svoboda Str.) and 4 buildings from the residential infrastructure (Slaveikov 20, sq. 39, 20 Slaveikov str., entr. A, B; Yantra, 4, "Yantra" Str., "Zelin", 2 Stefan Karadja Str., "Alexandrovi", 16 Stara Planina Str.), the following works will be carried out: - all the energy efficiency measures prescribed in the energy performance audit of each building; - constructive recovery / reinforcement activities as prescribed in the technical passport of the buildings; - Construction and repair works, covering the renovation and reconstruction of different parts of the building (for buildings that achieve at least a class of energy consumption "C" and a minimum of 60% energy savings of primary energy), which are prescribed as mandatory in the technical passport of the building; - Accompanying construction and installation works related to the implementation of the energy efficiency measures and restoration of the initial condition damaged as a result of the renovation; - Improving accessibility for disabled people to the above-mentioned buildings. For each of the buildings will be prepared an investment project, author supervision, assessment of the compliance of the investment project and construction supervision. The necessary information and publicity and highly efficient project management will be ensured. As a result of the project implementation, 5 buildings will be renovated, the annual primary energy consumption of buildings will be reduced with 1 251 750,90 kWh/year, annual greenhouse gas emissions equivalent to 249,75 tons of CO2 and 30 households will be introduced to a higher class of energy consumption.
